Pacific DivisionIn case you've been under a rock for the past year or so, meet Pacific Division (Pac Div for short). The homies are based out of Palmdale, Cali-foolya and bring some of the freshest and outside of currently fabricated boxed in hip hop that you could ask for.
How did I find out about them? Why, the homie Dilla of course, there was a track on the original version of Jay Love Japan by the name of Fantasy that was dropped from the CD; for reasons I couldn't possibly understand, probably label shit as usual. Anyway, after hearing that joint, I had to look further into the homies. Not yet disappointed by any of the joints that they drop, I patiently await the tentatively titled Grown Kid Syndrome album to be released from them. Definitely worth a listen, I gives it the thumbs up.
